Barrington Penthouse is available for weekly lets from Saturday to Saturday.

We ask guests to arrive from 4.00pm and to depart no later than 10.00am.

Please advise us if your arrival is expected to be later than 7.00pm.

As a general guideline, please see below:

High Season April to October
£500 - £1,000 per week

Low Season November to March
£500 per week

Please note a £200 non refundable deposit is required for all bookings, the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

The above prices include the following:

• Bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels (we ask you to provide your own beach towels)
• Electricity, gas central heating and water
• Use of BBQ
• Laundry facilities
• Cleaning materials, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board
• Barrington Penthouse ‘Welcome Pack’ to include condiments, and a Devon cream tea on arrival
  

In addition, as guests of Barrington Penthouse you are entitled to a 25% discount on green fees at the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club.

Exclusions:

• Non Smoking
• No pets
• Although we allow children, please note that there is a railed balcony leading off the living area. However, access to this can be prevented by securely locking the sliding doors.
  

Cancellations:

In the event of cancellation we will make every effort to re-let your booking. However, if the Penthouse remains unoccupied your deposit is non refundable.
