Travelling south from the M5 at Exeter, take the
A38 (signposted Plymouth). Continue on the A38
and then turn left onto the A384 for Totnes &
Dartmouth. On the outskirts of Totnes turn right
at a set of traffic lights onto the A381 (signposted
Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and the A3122). Follow the A381 until you get to Halwell, where you turn left onto the A3122 and head for Dartmouth.
This is where our map takes over. The right hand
turn on Townstall Rd is opposite the gated access to the Naval college. At the crossroads turn left down Mount Boone and you find Barrington House third on the left behind a high stone wall.
You will find a parking space allocated to the Penthouse at the top right hand side of the driveway.
